On September 10, 2025, comprehensive control by the Danger Voret Control Group of the State Transport Department of Vienna took place on the Vienna A23. The aim of this priority campaign was to check heavy vehicles, in particular with regard to the transport of dangerous goods, the technical condition of the vehicles and to comply with the drivers. During the check, the operational group met with a Hungarian tractor -trailer that was heavily inclined to the right. This meant that the vehicle was carefully stopped and led to a secured stop. Determined violations
The focus campaign revealed several violations. A total of five vehicles with defects in the area of dangerous goods transport were identified, in particular due to insufficient securing of the load. In addition, 21 violations of commercial regulations were registered within the check and 16 serious defects on various vehicles were found.
