Open day: HTBLA Eisenstadt shows innovative disciplines

OnFriday, November 15th, the HTBla Eisenstadt opened its gates for a variety of interested parties. This possibility of diving deep into the exciting technical fields of the school was very well received. Among the visitors were state politicians who expressly praised the practical training and the future -oriented courses.

Visitors had the opportunity to find out more about various specialist guidelines, including mechanical engineering, flight technology, metallic material technology and mechatronics. With around 950 students, HTBla Eisenstadt is one of the largest educational institutions in Burgenland. The school is particularly known for its unique departments in the areas of flight technology and metallic material technology, which attract students from all over the country.

Insights into the departments

The event attracted numerous interested parties who wanted to learn more about the practice -oriented training that the school offers. The students and teachers were ready to answer questions and give insights into the exciting projects of the departments. Many visitors were impressed by the extensive technical equipment of the various workshops and laboratory rooms, which gave an insight into the practical use of their theoretical knowledge.

The school management, represented by headmaster Thomas Schober, not only enabled visitors to explore the premises, but also the presentation of innovative projects on which the students are currently working. In addition, the event offered an excellent opportunity to network between students, parents, teachers and politicians. State politicians such as deputy governor Astrid Eisenkopf and President of the Landtag Robert Hergovich were present to support the importance of such educational institutions and to emphasize investments in technical training. They emphasized that training in these special disciplines is of great importance not only for the students, but also for the entire region.
