Rieder GmbH is investing 14.5 million euros in Ainet!

Zillertaler Rieder GmbH & Co KG plans to build a new production plant for windows and lifting sliding doors in Ainet, East Tyrol. With an investment volume of 14.5 million euros, the production facility in the commercial area is to be built directly on the B108 federal road. The start of production is planned for the summer of 2026, whereby the company would like to help serve the high demand for lifting sliding doors. Both national and international customers are addressed here. Rieder currently employs over 400 employees and is the largest training company and employer in the Zillertal.

"The economic development and the creation of new jobs is a positive sign for our community," emphasizes Ainet Mayor. A total of 15 jobs are created with the new work. Philipp Küng will lead the new location where Rieder wants to implement the most modern manufacturing technology and Industry 4.0 solutions in order to combine traditional carpentry craft with the latest technology.
