Ramsau music magic: youth band inspires with a rousing concert!

An important change has taken place in the Ramsau Trachtenkapelle: After an impressive 16 years as bandmaster, Aloisia Grandl has resigned from her position. At the Annual general meeting she thanked them for the “good cooperation and the wonderful time.” Grandl, who led the band with full enthusiasm and personal commitment, was particularly recognized for her efforts in training young talents, especially in the youth band “The Merry Ramsauers”.

But Grandl's farewell did not come as a surprise, because under her direction the youth orchestra of the Trachtenkapelle Ramsau gave an impressive youth concert in the Ramsau music hall. The young musicians aged 6 to 10 performed on Youth concert their skills on trumpet and percussion, while Theresa and Matthias Kaiblinger took over the moderation. The mayor Gertraud Steinacher was also present and was enthusiastic about the performances of the talented children.

Departure into a new chapter

The chapel is now facing a new era after Grandl's retirement. During the concert, the little musicians not only had the opportunity to showcase their talent, but also to interact with their young audience. There was a happy encore and a cozy get-together in the music hall, which underlined the solidarity and joy in music.
