USA - Elon Musk has clearly spoken out against a merger between Tesla and his AI company Xai. Musk replied with a clear "no" on a survey initiated by a user on the short message platform X. This survey was aimed at Tesla shareholders and asked whether they would agree to such a merger. Musk, the largest shareholder in Tesla, had previously announced that the Tesla owners could vote on a possible start at XAI. This decision comes in the middle of exciting developments in the AI industry.
The merger is accompanied in particular by the plans of SpaceX, which intend to invest in Xai for $ 2 billion.
