Mölltal Sound ensures party mood at the church day in Irschen!

On Saturday, August 26, 2025, a festival will take place in Rittersdorf at 3:30 p.m., which is organized by the local fire brigade. It is a church day that comes up with musical entertainment of the party band "Mölltal Sound" in the municipality of Irschen. The band, which comes from Dellach in Drautal, appears almost every weekend from Easter to mid -October, not only in Austria, but also in Germany, Switzerland and South Tyrol. In September 2023 they celebrated their first guest performance in the Netherlands.

The members of Mölltal Sound - Elias, Fabian, Florian, Max, Rene and Marco - report on a routine arrival with their white panel van and trailer, who is provided with inscriptions such as "No party without us" and "Mölltal Sound on Tour". "We are already looking forward to the celebration!" the musicians express optimistically. The stage is set up professionally, supplemented by a sound and lighting system as well as the necessary instruments and microphones.

Band history and repertoire

Founded in 2018, Mölltal Sound has developed from a folk music trio to a permanently established party formation. In 2020 they published their first single; Since then, seven other songs, including the latest publication "Nachtlokal", have been added. The combination of traditional folk music and contemporary party pop has brought the band a loyal support for social media: over 10,000 followers on TikTok and more than 19,000 on Instagram.

The musicians have already ordered the last drinks for their appearance in Rittersdorf and the mood among themselves is good. An intensive program is being prepared, including with songs such as "Let Me Entertain You" and "Skandal in the Stop Circle". Mölltal Sound offers 100 % live music and is often referred to as the ideal mood guarantee for tent festivals and weddings. In addition, they can also be booked for other events.

The next appearance of Mölltal Sound is planned for October 11, 2025 at the 30th anniversary of the Krampus Association. The musicians use the winter months to rehearse in a newly established studio in Winklern in order to continue to keep their live music at a high level and to prepare future projects.
