A dramatic turning point in the Ukraine conflict: The outgoing US President Joe Biden has reportedly given the green light so that Ukraine can use US weapons for attacks within Russia. Ukrainian sources report that Kyiv plans long -distance attacks with the weapons provided in the coming days. President Wolodymyr Selenskyj said that the rockets would "speak for themselves".
