Another interesting initiative is being launched in the Rhine district of Neuss: 1,000 climate trees will be given away to the interested population. The trees, which reach a proud height of between 1.70 and 2 meters, are delivered in practical pots, which makes planting easier. From October 21st at 8 a.m., interested citizens can reserve their dream trees online. To ensure fair distribution, only one tree reservation is possible per household. Collection will take place at several locations in Neuss, Grevenbroich, Kaarst and Korschenbroich, on four different dates in November 2024.
