Community sisters plus: new hope for seniors in the Rhein-Hunsrück district!
A new light for the older people in the Rhein-Hunsrück district! The “Community Sister Plus” initiative now has two committed contacts who take care of the needs of the elderly. District Administrator Volker Boch is enthusiastic about this fresh offer, which was created especially for the often forgotten older citizens. Rachida Hänsch and Martha Pilz are ready to offer support and combat loneliness.
Reality is often hard: many older people feel isolated and do not know how to manage their everyday life alone. Here the community sisters come into play! Rachida Hänsch takes responsibility for the municipalities of Hunsrück-Mittelrhein and Simmern-Rheinböllen, while Martha Pilz looks after the municipalities of Kirchberg and Kastellaun and the city of Boppard. These two women are not only contact persons, but also an important support for the seniors in the region.
An important step for the community
With this new offer, an important step is taken in the direction of a better quality of life for older people. The community sisters plus not only offer practical help, but also an open ear for the concerns and needs of the seniors. At a time when many feel alone, this initiative is a real ray of hope!
