The merger between Grepple GmbH, based in Fürth and the Mypegasus from Reutlingen, will be reality on November 1st, 2024! This powerful connection will position the two companies that apply as the market leader in the areas of employee transfer, qualification, transformation and outplacement in order to further expand their innovative strength. The Mypegasus Group will significantly strengthen its position in the competitive environment through this alliance.

Your use of the latest AI technology, which is used in the well-known competence navigator® from Mypegasus, is groundbreaking. Innovations and expansion of services
With the merger, Mypegasus is now equipped with this concentrated AI expertise, which refines its skills in People Analytics. This means not only an improvement in the quality of advice, but also an upswing in the mediation success for the supervised employees. The two companies also plan to introduce new services that focus on recruiting and transformation. Michael Plentinger, who was previously managing director of Grepple GmbH, will join the Mypegasus Group as Chief Innovation Officer. He will continue to hold a management level in the new company and express his anticipation of being able to contribute his innovative strength in an expanded role.
