Alarm on Rügen! The police discovered a frightening series of burglaries on the popular island. On Friday morning, strangers broke into a bakery in Binz and escaped cash with a safe and a considerable amount of cash. But that was just the beginning! The following night, the investigators were confronted with further burglaries, which revealed the entire extent of the criminal activities.
In the night from Sunday to Monday, the authorities reported break -ins into another bakery in Sellin, a shop as well as an ice cream parlor in Göhren and even the shop and the workshop of the adventure courtyard in Zirkow. The wave of crime has put the residents into turmoil. The police ask the population for help: if you have seen something suspicious, you should contact you immediately to hold the perpetrators into account.
