New kiosk in Stralsund: Biti brings a breath of fresh air to the old town!

Stralsund.A fresh wind blows through Stralsund's old town! 23-year-old Amir Haidari has created an exciting offering with his new kiosk, the Biti Kiosk, on Frankenstrasse. Where there was once a barber shop, there is now an inviting kiosk with bright white walls, modern floors and neatly organized shelves. You can find everything your heart desires here: from tobacco products to refreshing drinks!

“I want customers to feel comfortable here,” explains the committed kiosk owner. The first days of independence were long, but full of joy. Haidari not only wants to make money, but also wants to give something back to the city. With opening hours from Monday to Saturday, 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., it caters to the needs of young people who often need something late. And that's not all: His kiosk will soon also function as a dpd and GLS shop, so that people in Stralsund can pick up their packages here!

Kiosk owner has been in love with Stralsund for ten years

Ten years ago Amir Haidari fled Iran and found his home in Stralsund. “I love the city,” he beams and plans to show the beauty of his new home with impressive panoramic photos in the kiosk. After four years in a pizzeria, he is now taking the step into self-employment in order to create an attractive offer for young people. “It's a shame that many people are leaving Stralsund because there isn't much here,” he regrets.

With a well-thought-out pricing model that is only slightly higher than prices in conventional supermarkets, Haidari aims to attract many customers. It currently offers a wide range of energy drinks, tobacco products, beer, spirits and snacks, with plans to soon expand the range to include ice cream and other treats. “I’m excited to see what else I can come up with,” says the creative entrepreneur full of anticipation.
