Sternsinger in St. Florian: Hope for children in Nepal spread!

With colorful robes, crowns and a radiant Star, the star singers from St. Florian move through the winter landscape and not only bring the traditional blessing, but also collect donations for a good cause. This year's Epiphany of the Catholic Young Charter is under the motto "Hope for children in Nepal". This initiative focuses on the protection and training of children and adolescents in the Himalayan state characterized by poverty. The donations collected flow into aid projects that are committed to child protection, access to education and the promotion of young people. In Upper Austria, around 16,000 children and adolescents take part in this important tradition.
