In a dramatic turning point in the Syria conflict, Russian fighter planes have now intensified their offensive against the rebel groups in northwestern Aleppo. According to Oleg Ignasjuk, the deputy head of the Russian mission in Syria, around 300 fighters of the rebels were killed in the air strikes.
