A weekend to forget for the Penguins! After a historic quarter-final in the Champions Hockey League, the Bremerhaven team experienced a bitter setback in the domestic league. On Friday in Straubing the Pinguins couldn't find their way into the game and had to admit defeat 2:4. On Saturday in Mannheim there was great hope for compensation. The defense appeared more stable, and goalkeeper Maximilian Franzreb was the unshakable support that saved the Penguins from worse.
