Drama on the B45 in Oberzent: On Wednesday afternoon there was a relatively glimpse -like but spectacular frontal collision of two vehicles. An 18-year-old from Bad König lost control of his car for an unknown cause and raced onto the oncoming lane, where he collided with a 48-year-old car from Obrigheim. The collision occurred around 5:20 p.m. at the level of the Himmelbächel Viaduct. Both vehicles were no longer ready to drive after the accident and had to be towed.
