Business breakfast in Voitsberg: Networking for local entrepreneurs
Recently, the WKO Voitsberg regional office invited entrepreneurs from several communities to a joint breakfast at the “Pichlingerhof” in Söding-Sankt Johann. Around 60 business people took this opportunity to make valuable network contacts. Vice President Andreas Herz spoke about important developments, including the new “Center of Excellence” at WIFI Graz, which has now been opened in its first expansion phases. This is a significant step for the regional economy and shows the WKO's commitment to supporting entrepreneurs to expand their skills.
In addition, there was a ceremonial honor for the company IHP Industrieanlagen- und Handelsgesellschaft m.b.H. from Muggauberg, when Vice President Herz presented the WKO Styria certificate of honor for 40 years of independence. This was not only an occasion for congratulations, but also highlighted the importance of stability and success in business. Mayor Franz Feirer from Stallhofen joined in the congratulations and emphasized the relevance of such anniversaries for the local economy.
Industry meeting place for vehicle technicians and dealers
At the same time, another important event took place in the WKO regional office in Voitsberg: the district meeting for vehicle technicians and vehicle dealers, organized by WKO district master Markus Scheer. This event was attended by many entrepreneurs who found out about current legal aspects and industry-specific developments. The reports from state guild master Thomas Marichhofer and state committee lobby Klaus Edelsbrunner were of particular interest. They explained current topics and trends that are important for the industry.
These two events illustrate the active role of the Chamber of Commerce in the region. Both the business breakfast and the industry meetings offer opportunities for exchange and further training, which is essential for the sustainability and growth of the local economy. Information about these events is always of great value, as reported on www.kleinezeitung.at.
