Faircheck Stattegg donates 2,000 euros to the Mürzzuschlag fire department

The Styrian company faircheck from Stattegg has reached an important milestone: the 200,000th. successfully processed claim. To celebrate this success, a generous donation of 2,000 euros was made to the Mürzzuschlag area fire brigade command. This financial support is particularly valuable because the funds are used to purchase urgently needed materials that are essential in disaster situations.

The handover took place in a celebratory setting at which Fire Chief Johann Eder-Schützenhofer and State Fire Chief Rudolf Schober from the Freßnitz Fire Department accepted the donation. The Freßnitz fire department plays a key role in the region's disaster relief service and is equipped with various special equipment to be able to intervene effectively in floods and other emergencies.

Critical materials for disaster response

The year 2024 has already brought several major operations for the Mürzzuschlag fire department. The frequency of storms and floods has increased the demands on the fire department and its equipment.
