Red Bull remains the undisputed brand crown of Austria!

The current Austrian brand value study results were presented on June 25, 2025, and Red Bull continues to claim its top position as the most valuable brand in the country. With an impressive brand value of 19.6 billion euros, Red Bull even exceeds the combined value of the nine subsequent brands. This was reported by oe24.at.

The ten most valuable brands in Austria together have a total value of over 39 billion euros. While almost all brands have gained value in the top 10, the OMV recorded a decline in its brand value by 5.9 percent, which is the second loss in a row. Gerhard Hrebicek, study author, sees no further declines of the OMV brand value in the near future and indicates a possible repositioning.

One of the changes in the list of the most valuable brands is the rise of the XXXLutz Group to 9th place, which the insolvent Pierer Mobility has replaced. The study of the European Brand Institute (EBI) shows that brand value growth is influenced by an increased awareness of sustainability and digital transformation. More than 180 Austrian brand companies were examined in 16 industry segments and the results reflect a brand value increase of 2.7 percent. This is in contrast to negative economic growth of -1.2 percent in Austria.

It should be emphasized that the ÖBB has been recognized as a leading company in the field of sustainability for the sixth time in a row. This shows a clear connection between a strong brand presence and the company value. Professional brand management is also considered essential by Hrebicek.
