In the third quarter of 2024, the package quantities in Austria attracted everyone with a record of around 105 million packages sent. Over 97 million parcels were delivered in Germany, while 8 million were sent abroad. This represents an impressive increase of over 13 percent compared to the third quarter of 2023. Dr. Klaus M. Steinmaurer, managing director of RTR for the telecommunications department and post, emphasizes that such volumes would hardly be conceivable without the help of digitized processes and artificial intelligence. Letters continue to
