Zellerndorf 2050: Ideas for the future of the market town
As part of the “Zellerndorf 2050” project, numerous committed citizens have introduced their ideas for the future of the market town. An event recently took place at which the details of the project were presented and the previous results of the various working groups were presented. This is a significant step towards developing a comprehensive master plan for Zellerndorf.
The project was launched under the direction of the market town of Zellerndorf in cooperation with the village renewal association and the parish. A central concern of the project focuses on the renewal of the town center and on making the entire community future -proof. The working groups have worked intensively to develop various suggestions that are intended to improve the quality of life in the region.
Presentation of the results
The presentation took place in the auditorium of the school campus and offered the members of the working groups the opportunity to present their ideas to a wider audience. A large number of topics were dealt with that ranged from improving infrastructure to social project ideas. It is planned to hold further presentations in the near future in order to continue to include the community in the development process.
Participants like Peter Mödl, Jenny Schleich and many others brought their perspectives and lively discussed what the next steps in the project could look like. Such a lively participation shows the interest of the citizens to actively participate in the design of their future.
The initiative underlines the importance of citizen feedback and creative solutions to successfully master the challenges of the future. Further details about this innovative approach can www.noen.at be read.
