HTL Hollabrunn: Team Sicbert convinces in the AI competition with an innovative solution
The team Sicbert from HTL Hollabrunn achieved a remarkable success in the fourth national competition for artificial intelligence in Austria. This event is supported by the Federal Ministry for Climate Protection, Environment, Energy, Mobility, Mobility, Innovation and Technology and organized by the Austrian Society for Artificial Intelligence. The team secured second place and was able to look forward to a prize money of 2,000 euros.
A total of 73 participants took part in the competition, with 15 teams submitting their work. A top -class jury, consisting of experts from science, art and law, selected the best projects. Of the 13 submitted work, the top six made it to the final, and four teams were awarded prices.
Innovative application for searching for document
With their application, the students Leon Binder, Florian Artlieb and Christoph Handschuh have developed an innovative approach to intelligent search for document. The application is intended to relieve customer support by making it possible to search data sheets and the ticket system in a simple manner. This solution not only helps customers find the information required quickly, but also makes new Siemens employees access to relevant content.
Particularly noteworthy is the increase in efficiency: long and complicated documentation, which often hinder the fast access to information, is significantly simplified by the application. The students hope that their system can be used not only in the customer care of Siemens, but also in other departments and companies in order to clarify everyday questions and thus gain time for more complex tasks.
The development of the application brings great potential for the future and shows the innovative strength of young people from Hollabrunn. These successes are important milestones in promoting creativity and technical knowledge in the Austrian school landscape, as well as reports on www.meinbezirk.at.
