In the small community of Großstelzendorf, the Leier Baustoffgruppe recently made significant progress in concrete slab production. The commissioning of a state-of-the-art record press from the Italian company Ocem, which has an impressive capacity of 400 tons, is replaced by a 40-year-old Henke press. In its time, this older machine has produced a whopping 20 million high -quality concrete slabs, which are mainly used in garden design.

The plant manager Markus Heindl expressed optimistically about this new investment and described the press as a "gamuchanger" for production.
