New course for Tyrolean state museums: economy and profiling are up!

In Tyrol, the state museums are faced with comprehensive transformation. Mapping of target groups and a re -evaluation of the existing structures are important elements, but the renovation of the Ferdinandeum in Innsbruck occupies the central place in the planning. The annual misalignment amounts to minus 14.22 million euros. With 539,480 visitors in the Landesmuseen in 2024, including the cooperation exhibitions, the desire for optimization and economy remains unfulfilled.
