Second wave of posters: Thematic campaign for Oberwart gets underway
The SPÖ is entering the hot phase of the state election campaign with an extensive poster campaign. A total of 70 posters will be presented throughout Austria, resulting in a clear increase in the party's visibility. Ida Puchwein, a leading figure in the SPÖ, expressed confidence: “The campaign was designed by the house itself, we don’t have an agency and we are proud that we can do it ourselves.”
The decision to launch a “theme campaign” was consciously made. The SPÖ would like to point out measures that have already been implemented as well as draw attention to future projects. The initiatives mentioned include the free kindergarten and the hospital building in Oberwart as well as the planned expansion in Gols. Another point that was raised is the heat price cap, a measure to relieve the burden on citizens in times of rising living costs.
Second wave of posters
After the official campaign start on January 6th in Oberwart, a second wave of posters is planned. This is intended to ensure the SPÖ's constant presence in the minds of voters and to communicate even more clearly the progress made and the desired goals. The return to such a multidimensional communication strategy shows the SPÖ's commitment to taking citizens' concerns seriously and actively working on solutions.
- 70 Plakate landesweit
- Themenkampagne ohne externe Agentur
- Bereits umgesetztemaßnahmen
- Weitere Plakatwelle nach Wahlkampfauftakt
The current persuasion shows how important it is for political parties to convey their messages effectively without relying on external help. By working on its campaign independently, the SPÖ wants to appear authentic and win the trust of voters. The 2024 election campaign should therefore gain further momentum with strong and clear communication from the SPÖ.
The preparations and planning for the campaign-relevant content are, at best, a sign that the SPÖ is taking the challenges of the election campaign seriously. The strategic decision to highlight projects that have already been implemented could help to provide a clear picture of the party's goals and at the same time underline the SPÖ's commitment.
