Christmas joy for families in St. Veit: A tree for every heart!

Thanks to the generous initiative of Round Table 23 St. Veit, 30 needy families in the St. Veit region have a more festive Christmas. In cooperation with Prettner's Christmas tree plantation and the social department of the St. Veit district administration, Christmas trees were handed over to families who are located in difficult life situations. "Christmas is the festival of charity. With this campaign we want to set an example and give families a joy," said Florian Dreyer, President of Round Table 23 St. Veit. This special campaign shows how Christmas joy can be created in difficult times through local cooperation, as already reported by meinzirk.at.

The donations were provided from the Christmas tree plantation in St. Donat, so that the trees come directly from the region. The social department of the St. Veit district administration granted valuable support in the selection of families who benefit from the donation. It is impressive to see that projects like this are possible through the commitment of the community. The mulled wine stand of the Round Table 23 at the St. Veiter Christmas market, which contributes to the financing of such actions, is also particularly mentioned, while the tradition of the round table in Chinese culture also emphasizes the importance of togetherness and family connection, as explained in a blog post on lingoinn.com.

These initiatives illustrate how meaningfully such community actions are in Christmas and how traditions are inseparable from culture. The message of solidarity and coexistence is deeply rooted in both cultures and reflects the values that contribute to a harmonious and supportive community.
