Dominik Burgstaller: Experience the Snowboard World Cup as a frustrated viewer!
The 23-year-old Dominik Burgstaller, a talented snowboard driver from St. Pölten, will only appear as spectators at the current Snowboard World Cup in St. Moritz. After a promising podium in Scoul in January, where he was only inferior to the Italian Maurizio Bormolini in the parallel of Giant Slalom, Burgstaller was disappointed with his lack of qualifications. "That is a shame, because I really had the prerequisites to secure a place," he said sadly, like Noen reported.
Burgstaller reflected on his previous services and emphasized that even though he often completed fast runs, he was missing the necessary consistency. "I know myself that I can drive to a close, but the consistency was still missing," he admits. Nevertheless, he remains optimistic and sees this season as a valuable experience for his career. "I also make mistakes, that's human - but my journey has only started!", Burgstaller continues. The snowboard community will look forward to its return, and last but not least, the success of Union Trendsport Weichenberger will show that the future in snowboarding can be glamorous, as is also held on Dominik Burgstaller website
