On September 24, 2025, 20 new firefighters started their fire service. The graduates completed intensive training over almost three weekends, which included various important topics, including equipment science, extinguishing attacks and team spirit. The final exam took place on September 21st in Poitschach, where a simulated farm fire was practiced. The fire brigade candidates had to move and save people, which required the coordination of several fire brigades. The allocation of certificates was accompanied by district fire brigade commander Werner Puggl and guests of honor, who praised the good preparation of the new emergency services for future missions and further training.
