In the past few weeks, a new event series has caused excitement in the pharmacist scene in Germany. The so -called Selfcare Saturday of Engelhard moved in four German cities, including Leipzig, Hamburg, Mainz and Essen, hundreds of participants to the venues. These events, which are aimed specifically at pharmacy teams, found their crowning glory in Leipzig at the end of September and came with consistently positive feedback. The reason? The importance of selfcare in everyday hectic pharmacy life was lived and discussed.
A participant from Halle, who introduced herself as Petra, summed it up: "Finally we are the focus as a PTA." This sentence reflects what the Selfcare Saturday wanted to enable - for one day to give responsibility for others and to focus on themselves. The series of events was designed as an appreciative offer for pharmacists and their teams and was therefore very well received.
Diverse topics & inspiring speakers
The anticipation for the events was already noticeable before the start: hundreds of PTA, PKA and pharmacists gathered in front of the event locations, who were only waiting for the doors to open. During the day, the participants were able to experience a program that was all about their own selfcare. The focus was on a large, impressively illuminated stage on which current topics were dealt with that intervene directly in the everyday pharmacy life of those present.
A highlight was the lecture by the well -known coachin and actress Wolke Hegenbarth, who not only fascinated with her knowledge of effect and presence, but was also a popular motive for photos. In addition, pharmacist Dr. Claudia Rosado and Anja Zierath, the federal chairman of BVPTA e.V., for the fact that the topics were conveyed alive and tangible. Participants stood in long snakes to have a conversation with the speakers Nicole Staudinger and moderator Anastasia Zampounidis and take a hand -signed book as a souvenir.
The interaction with the brand stands was also an important part of the event. Particularly noteworthy was the noticeable-strong and strong campaign of prospan®, which offered visitors a VR experience of the human bronchi. In addition, there was the opportunity to vote at Isla®, with special guests such as the German voice actress from Julia Roberts, Daniela Hoffmann, who was also on site. This diversity of offers promoted the exchange and learning among the participants.
The event also included relaxing moments. Sensory experiences, such as a short yoga segment from Sinolpan®, helped loosen up the stress-plagued everyday life of the pharmacists. In addition, masseurs from Velgastin® ensured the necessary relaxation to solve tension and to spend the day enjoyable.
Innovations and app presentations
Another remarkable element of the events was the introduction of the new "Engelhard & Ich" app. This app was specially developed for the participants of the Selfcare Saturdays and was very much in demand in advance for the visitors. The campus team was ready to answer questions about the app and to explain their benefits for everyday pharmacy.
Oliver Engelhard, CEO with Engelhard Arzneimers, shared his enthusiasm for the successful series of events: "We are incredibly proud to have put up this new event series. The resonances and feedback afterwards, be it personally or via social media, show how much we are with the topic of selfcare at the pulse of the time." The enthusiasm for the selfcare Saturday can be felt clearly and on the social media channels by Engelhard and the website www.engelhard-selfcare-saturday.de can get more information about how to proceed with this initiative.
