Young talents inspire at Prima La Musica in St. Pölten!

In the heart of St. Pölten, talented young musicians have conquered the stage! The seven-year-old Johanna Gruber-König from Heiligeneich and ten-year-old Emilia Fischer from Sankt Leonhard am Forst inspire the audience in the “Prima La Musica” competition. Despite the nervousness, which can of course appear in such a performance, the two girls shine with joy. "I already had a little stage fright, but also fun playing," said Johanna. Also Emilia reports on her way to overcome the nervousness: "That subsided when I simply concentrated on the grades", as reported by noe.orf.at

creativity meets therapy

This competition, which takes place at five locations in the state capital this year, not only offers a platform for musical development, but also shows the synergy of music and art, which is increasingly in the focus of therapeutic approaches. Music and art can stimulate emotional and psychological processes together and even have healing effects. Current research show that the combination of both disciplines has positive effects on mental health by helping people to express their feelings and solve internal conflicts. The successful participants in the competition have the opportunity to gain valuable experiences at the federal competition, such as Campus Naturalis reported.

This integrative approach to promoting creativity in therapy shows that making music and artistic design is not only a way to self -actualization, but also contributes to healing and strengthening mental health. At “Prima La Musica” not only the best young talents appear, but also an awareness of the therapeutic advantages of art and music. The participants are prepared for the competition by experienced teachers and special coaching programs, which ensures holistic promotion of young artists.
