Lugner celebrates Christmas in the circle of animals - loneliness despite the festivity!

Richard Lugner, the well -known Austrian master builder, made his final preparations for Christmas. In time for the festival, his tombstone was set up in the color "Lugner Red" in the Grinzingen cemetery. The granite stone, which he personally selected from India, was built in the presence of his family. Lugner died on August 12, 2023 at the age of 91 after a long fight with health problems, including a severe heart surgery, such as Folk leaf reported.

Christmas in the sign of charity

On December 24th, Christmas Eve, a very special Christmas will take place in Lugner City, which was organized in the sense of Lugner. From 3:00 p.m., people who cannot afford Christmas or who would otherwise be alone are invited. The principle is: "Nobody should be alone for Christmas." Festive dishes, drinks and musical entertainment are offered to guests to drive out loneliness, such as OE24 reported.

Although Lugner is cared for with numerous animals, he will not spend the holidays in the company of his animal friends. Only his daughter Jacqueline and his housekeeper will stand by him, while he still celebrates the joy of giving by distributing generous vouchers for his animal companions. He strengthens the spirit of charity, which is so important at Christmas.
