On Saturday, March 15, 2025, important training for the fire brigade took place in Mürzzuschlag. 59 participants, including 52 firefighters and men, completed the important radio basic course. This course was led by six experienced instructors and gave the course participants the essential knowledge of digital radio and alarm. The training included topics such as radio radio regulations, equipment science and practical radio calls. All participants passed the exams with excellent results, such as fireworld.at reported.
The importance of radio communication for fire work was particularly highlighted by area fire brigade commander Rudolf Schober and section fire inspector Peter Kracmar. They emphasized that every assignment begins with a radio discussion and that well -trained radio operators are crucial for quick and targeted missions. The basic radio course is now an integral part of the basic training of each fire brigade member and qualifies the participants for the radio performance badge in bronze and for further training.
