Sepp Schellhorn will act as State Secretary for Deregulation in the Foreign Ministry, which is considered a remarkable progress for the party. At the same time, the ÖVP has clarified its last personnel issues. Here Wolfgang Hattmannsdorfer becomes Minister of Economic Affairs, Claudia Plakolm becomes responsible for Europe, while Interior Minister Gerhard Karner and Minister of Defense Klaudia Tanner keep her offices.
