Teltow-Fläming.The MAZ called up the readers: "Which is the worst playground in Teltow-Fläming?" With this provocative question, the MAZ and the playground manufacturer Sik-Holz contacted the public. Around a hundred participants submitted their suggestions and the results are alarming! From Dahme/Mark in the south to Blankenfelde-Mahlow in the north-there are playgrounds everywhere that are in a desolate state. Security deficiencies and outdated play equipment are the order of the day.
The MAZ took a closer look at the criticized playgrounds and took seven candidates into a closer selection. These places are not only criticized, they also stand for the grievances that children and parents experience every day. The selection criteria are clear: only playgrounds that are open to all children are an option. Fenced school or daycare playgrounds are excluded, as are newer systems with minimal equipment. The candidates for the worst playground
The seven playgrounds that made it into the final round are a reflection of neglect. The playground in Christinendorf, unchanged since 1994, shows broken devices and poor security. In Dahlewitz there is no fence to the platform, which is an enormous risk of playing children. The playground in Felgentreu is described by parents as loveless, while the village playground in Rehagen is hidden behind a construction fence and the play equipment has a museum tire.
In Zinna monastery, the play equipment is not suitable for small children, and the sand is contaminated in Dahme/Sieb district and the wood is rotten. After all, there is the playground in the Thyrow forest settlement, which offers little more than a few outdated play equipment.
