Altenburg: Secure 360,000 euros for refugee advice in 2025!

An impressive 360,000 euros are available to promote integration in 2025. The state funding from the “Social Advisory Guideline” will be passed on to independent providers who can submit their projects by November 17, 2024. A real ray of hope for many!

Promotion of social projects

Andreas Strahldorf, the district administration's integration manager, explains the important mission: "The aim of the project is to provide qualified migration-specific social advice and support for recognized refugees throughout the district." The funding covers up to 100 percent of the costs for personnel, training and material expenses. This means that interpreting services and fees are supported, while investments are not included in the funding. The project period extends from January 1st to December 31st, 2025, and the deadline for applications is approaching!
