Fehmarn. In the popular series "Nord near Northwest", actor Stephan A. Tölle plays the funeral. With its dark suit and the white shirt, it exudes a certain order and seriousness, which looks a little bourgeois, but definitely fits the figure. But in real life everything looks a little different: Tölle loves his role and in an interview shares some personal insights into his experiences when shooting.
"As soon as I drive across the bridge to Fehmarn, the 'work vacation' begins for me," Tölle describes his preference for the island. In particular, he likes the southern beach and the port of Orth, since they are also locations in the series. These places are not only idyllic, but also contribute to the charming atmosphere of its role.

tölle says that there is always a lot to laugh about on the set of "North near Northwest". "We generally have a lot of fun filming. Since we have known each other for so long, there is a great familiarity on the set," he reports, and reveals that work with his colleague Hinnerk van der Sea, which is often spontaneous and humorous, ensures a few funny moments.
The props also played an important role in Tölle's experiences. "I let almost all roles that I played in the theater or film, let a 'Requisit' go as a memory," he explains. From "Nord near Northwest" he took a schnapps bottle that comes from his favorite episode. "Of course there was water in the filming," he recalls with a smile. "I have now filled something else."
tölle mostly appreciates the bizarre humor of the series and the common spirit of the ensemble. "The most beautiful thing about 'north at northwest' is ... the very bizarre humor and part of this very special ensemble," he emphasizes, and lets the viewers know that the humor plays a central role in the success of the series.
Another question went to him, which he particularly loves his role as Mr. Töteberg. "I like Mr. Töteberg very much, his somewhat Nordic, stiff way and the equally black humor," says Tölle and emphasizes the interaction with Regine Hentschel, who plays his partner Blecki. This dynamic brings an additional depth and authenticity into your scenes.
Finally, Tölle would like to thank his fans for their support: "Thank you very much for your loyalty! Stay we are weighed and pays GEZ so that we can continue the series for a long time."
