  • The wheelbase is shortened from 3.6 to 3.4 meters.

changes in the drive train

Charles Leclerc has extended his contract with Ferrari, while Max Verstappen stays with Red Bull by 2028. The calendar for 2026 promises additional tension with the new route in Madrid, while other routes such as Imola, Las Vegas and Monaco are without a contract. The return of Formula 1 to Germany seems to be excluded in the near future.

with Audi, which enters the action as a chassis and drive manufacturer and has taken over the clean team, and Honda, which returns as a drive partner at Aston Martin, Formula 1 will appear in a new light. At the same time, the Andretti team, which wants to get into Formula 1, has not yet received any official approval, which further influences the dynamics within the racing series.
