Glinicke automobile group takes over a traditional car dealership in Lübbecke!
The automotive industry in North Rhine-Westphalia expects a large change! From January 1, 2025, the traditional Autohaus Schneider Automobile in Lübbecke is part of the GLINICKE automobile group. With this takeover, which was announced by Florian Glinicke, managing director of the Glinicke automotive group, the Kassel group strengthens its presence in the region and sets a clear sign of further growth and strategic expansion, such as nw.de reported. The renowned car dealership employs around 35 people and is primarily known for the Seat and Cupra brands, who are now complementing the Portfolio of the Glinicke Group.
Strategic expansion and growth
The new location is headed by Volker Strunk, the regional manager of Glinicke. Strunk emphasizes that the integration of Schneider Automobile is an important milestone to further strengthen the Glinicke brand in the heart of Germany. With the takeover of Schneider Automobile and the previous acquisition of Deisenroth and sons in the region, Glinicke positions itself as one of the leading actors in the automotive market in Germany, especially in western space, such as kfz-betrieb.vogel.de added. This corresponds to the aim of offering the customer excellent service and mobility and further expanding the variety of offers of the Glinicke automotive group to include colorfully mixed brands such as Volkswagen, Audi, Porsche and Hyundai.
With the takeover, the Glinicke automobile group will grow to a total of 34 locations and almost 2,200 employees. The tradition and high professional competence of the Schneider car dealership are integrated into the corporate culture of Glinicke, which focuses on quality and customer satisfaction. Glinicke is convinced that the expertise and motivation of the Schneider team ideally match their own corporate goals.
