With the new CardLink solution, everything is lightning fast: simply hold the health insurance card up to your smartphone and the e-prescription will be loaded into the Shop Pharmacy app. This innovative process is attracting more and more users, so that downloads of the app increased to around 415,000 in October - a doubling since the introduction of the new function in May 2024!
