Drug smuggling: 8,000 Ecstasy pills discovered in Paraguay!

In a dramatic drug discovery, investigators in Paraguay have discovered nearly 8,000 Ecstasy pills in a water-heating device. The package from Germany was confiscated during a routine check at the airport in Asunción. The use of a drug detection dog and subsequent X-ray examination led to this remarkable discovery. The pink pills marked “Red Bull” had an estimated value of $120,000 (approximately 114,500 euros) and were intended for illegal sale in the tri-border area between Paraguay, Argentina and Brazil, according to the National Anti-Drug Secretariat (Senad). oe24.at reported.

But that's not the only drug discovery these days! Customs also struck at Frankfurt Airport and discovered 3.2 kilograms of cocaine. The drugs were hidden in a package that was supposedly filled with chocolate candies. During the X-ray examination, unusual shadows were noticed, which ultimately turned out to be plastic bags filled with cocaine. The street value of these drugs is around 240,000 euros. The package was addressed to a private individual in Great Britain and was discovered at the end of last year n-tv.de reported.
