A shocking incident shook Bremen Central Station on Thursday afternoon! A 58-year-old man was caught by the federal police civil investigators in the act when he ran through the crowded station hall with bare and erect penis. At 4 p.m., the exhibitionist caused excitement and horror among the travelers.
The civil servants who observed the insolent behavior immediately informed a patrol. The police were able to put the man when he was about to get in a regional train in Bremerhaven. Now the perpetrator has to answer for excitement of public annoyance and exhibitionist acts. Such deeds are not only shocking, but also punishable!
