Laugh until your stomach hurts: comedy highlights in the Geretsried ambush

In a brilliant start, the Hinterhalt cultural stage in Gelting experienced an evening full of laughter! Stand-up artists from Munich and the surrounding area provided the best entertainment when the ensemble “Comedy for Friends” celebrated its premiere. The audience was thrilled by the comedians' astute observations of everyday life and cheeky comments on interpersonal relationships that they brought to the stage. Another highlight is already imminent: the comedy series will continue from November 21st!

Fireman Vitus Ehrenthaler delights the audience

“Are you up for comedy?” called the moderator Vitus Ehrenthaler at the beginning of the show and really heated up the audience. The entertainer from Erding motivated the unknown stand-up actors with a lot of enthusiasm. The first big laugh came from Hani Who, an immigrant from Afghanistan who caused a stir with his experiences as a kindergarten teacher and the challenges posed by overprotective parents. His humorous reference to child labor in developing countries made the audience smile.

Freelance journalist Pegah Meggendorfer brought more laughs with her anecdotes about her unsportsmanlike behavior, while Anna Sommer, a teacher from Munich, captivated the audience with her experiences at school. Simon Braunmüller shared intimate thoughts about his girlfriend and caused mixed reactions with self-deprecating comments. The crowning conclusion was Ankur Agoswal, who humorously highlighted the advantages of the Bild newspaper in comparison to the Zeit magazine.

More performances in the coming weeks

“We now want to give the whole thing a chance in November and December,” announced the moderator Ehrenthaler. Despite the high advertising expenditure and the manageable income, the comedians were enthusiastic about the positive feedback from the audience and the optimal technical equipment in the ambush. An evening that leaves you wanting more!
