Car thieves in Engen: Neighbors catch thieves in action!

On Saturday night, an incident that shocked the small town of Engen! Unknown perpetrators sneaked around a parked car on “Sonnenrain” street around 3 a.m. and were able to carry out their criminal plan almost unnoticed. An alert resident noticed the two men shaking the car doors and sneaking around the vehicle.
The police were alerted and arrived a short time later. But the thieves were quick and were already on the run after getting into the unlocked car and rummaging through some personal belongings. Material damage remains minor, but the perpetrators escaped with a small amount of cash, making the situation all the more frustrating!
Police are looking for witnesses
The officers from the Singen police station are now looking for further relevant information about the two suspected thieves. Witnesses are urged to call 07731 888-0. This is not just a break-in, but a direct threat to local peace and security. Who noticed anything? Any clue could lead to the perpetrators being caught!
