Shock in Xanten! At midday on November 18, 2024, an ominous column of smoke filled the sky and set alarm bells ringing. The Xanten-Lüttingen fire department was called to Mölleweg with an emergency call about “suspicious smoke” when a massive black cloud was already visible on the approach. These urgent signs left no time to waste, and so the Xanten-Mitte fire brigade unit was quickly alerted!
What had happened? The flames of a caravan blazed in an empty hall for reasons that are still unclear! A fire brigade team, equipped with heavy breathing apparatus and a C-pipe, was able to put a stop to the inferno quickly and efficiently. They used all their strength to prevent the fire from spreading to the building. But the caravan wasn't as lucky - it was completely destroyed!

Fortunately, no one was injured and the danger was averted after around two hours. The emergency services are working quickly and quickly to control the impending chaos.
