EU Commission is calling for new solidarity projects!
From now on, applications for grants within the framework of the European Solidarity Corps (ESK) can be submitted for 2025. This was announced by the EU Commission, which provides a total of 166 million euros for volunteer activities and solidarity projects. Austria can look forward to around 2.85 million euros, which can be used to support projects in areas such as environmental, digital skills, inclusion and active citizenship, such as apa.at reported.
Together with the new call, the Commission publishes a report on the ESK for the years 2021 to 2023. According to SolidaritetsSkorps.oead.at , more than 66,000 young people were active in Europe during this time the success of the program underlines.
