The commercial path includes an area of ​​around 4,400 square meters as well as an additional 1,400 square meters for office and social areas and 400 square meters of technology space.

The hall has a total area of ​​4,000 square meters and is equipped with modern production systems that will include around 20 special machines and conveyor belts. The planning also provides for a sustainable production that will rely on solar energy and district heating from geothermal energy.

Intercell Pharma is planning to rent the property for 15 years and has already employed 35 employees in Höhenkirchen. The production system in the "Green Biz Park" will be installed in the coming months to quickly expand the production capacities.
