On Monday, January 13, 2025, extensive road construction work on the L 3193 between hut gesäß and Langenselbold-West. This project comprises the expansion of the state road over a length of about three kilometers and the construction of a new bike and business path. Agricultural traffic can use an alternative route via the new business route. During the construction work, a full closure of the L 3193 is necessary, which is divided into three sections to enable traffic for residents. The construction work is expected to continue until late autumn 2026. A detour for local traffic in both directions is signposted via Langenselbold. The State of Hesse's investment for this measure amounts to around nine million euros.

Current developments and goals of the construction work
