The Berlin S-Bahn, a central component of mobility in the capital and Brandenburg, is planning extensive construction work affecting the lines S3, S5, S7 and S9. According to information from Berlin Live There will be a rail replacement service on the night of January 8th to 9th, 2025. The track work between Charlottenburg and Tiergarten includes the replacement of wooden sleepers and will be carried out during the night to minimize disruption to passengers.
S-Bahn operating hours are restricted from 10 p.m. to 3:45 a.m. During this time, the above-mentioned lines between Tiergarten and Charlottenburg will be canceled. - Charlottenburg <> Spandau: Nacht 08./09.01.2025, ca. 22 Uhr bis ca. 3.45 Uhr, S3 und S9 fahren 1 Minute früher ab, Bahnsteigänderung für S7.
