School partnership in Immenstadt: Softtec strengthens training for students!

On January 5, 2025, the official school partnership between SoftTec GmbH and the private business school Merkur was announced in Immenstadt. This cooperation aims to provide the students practical insights and to support the companies in the search for trainees. The private business school Merkur relies on a practice -oriented learning approach that is characterized by manageable classes, realistic exercise companies and individual support.

Oliver Aschütz, Managing Director of SoftTec, emphasizes the relevance of a "hands-on mentality" and a proactive and solution-oriented way of working for interns and trainees. "We look forward to accompanying the students in their learning process and offering them a realistic insight into the professional world," explains Aschütz. The headmistress Sandra Richter is pleased with the cooperation that will be an enriching experience for the students. Teacher Christian Veit, a former SoftTec employee, also sees positive perspectives for future joint projects.
