School partnership in Immenstadt: SoftTec strengthens training for students!

On January 5, 2025, the official school partnership between SoftTec GmbH and the private business school Merkur in Immenstadt was announced. This cooperation aims to give students practical insights and support companies in their search for trainees. The Merkur private business school relies on a practice-oriented learning approach, which is characterized by manageable classes, realistic practice companies and individual support.

Oliver Anschütz, Managing Director of SoftTec, emphasizes the relevance of a “hands-on mentality” as well as a proactive and solution-oriented way of working for interns and trainees. “We look forward to accompanying the students in their learning process and offering them a realistic insight into the professional world,” explains Anschütz. The headmaster Sandra Richter is pleased about the collaboration, which will be an enriching experience for the students. Teacher Christian Veit, a former SoftTec employee, also sees positive prospects for future joint projects.

In addition to the cooperation, SoftTec provides information about its product range. SoftTec's hotel software is offered in two versions: as an installation on your own server and as cloud-based software. The hotline hotel software, which is operated on its own server, enables a comprehensive overview of organizational processes and can be adapted to existing processes regardless of the size of the company. Since its introduction, it has already been used in over 3,500 hotels and was developed in collaboration with hotel experts.

For the cloud-based version, the hotline front office is also available as a cloud version, which allows it to be used with any internet-enabled device worldwide. The advantages of this solution are the low one-time costs and the additional data security guaranteed by European hosting locations. Both software variants work in accordance with data protection regulations according to the GDPR and are GoBD-certified.
