From the coming month,Vietnam will abolish the death penalty for eight crimes, including infidelity and actions that aim at the government's fall. This was announced by Parliament on Wednesday and thus retained the life of a Tycoon in a fraud.
Change of the Criminal Code
The National Assembly, the legislative body of the country, unanimously ratified the amendment to the Criminal Code in order to abolish the death penalty for the above crimes, according to a corresponding message.
